Our Hyderabad centre is on the third floor of the Hanuman General Superstore building at MIG-273, Balaji Nagar, on the Omni Hospital line in Kukatpally — opposite Highly Fresh Supermarket. It is a short ride from KPHB Colony and Nizampet, and consultations here are usually held in Telugu, Hindi or English.

How a consultation works
Site visit. Pandit Ji visits the property, takes directional readings and walks through each area. You get the assessment during the visit, followed by a written summary of the corrections in order of priority.
Floor-plan review. Send the plan with north marked, along with photographs of the entrance and main rooms. Suitable for apartments, pre-purchase checks, and clients outside Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Corrections are prioritised
You will not be handed a list of thirty changes. The summary orders them: what genuinely matters, what helps if convenient, and what is optional. Most households act on the first group and leave the rest.
What we will not do
We will not tell you that a property is cursed, unlivable, or that misfortune will follow unless you act. That framing is used to sell expensive remedies and it is not how this practice works. Nor do we sell yantras, pyramids or correction products — if a physical item is genuinely useful, you will be told what it is and you can buy it wherever you like.

Will I have to break walls?
Almost never, and we treat demolition as a last resort rather than a first recommendation. Most Vastu concerns in modern homes are addressed through placement, use of rooms, direction of sleeping and working, lighting, colour and storage. Where a structural change would genuinely help, we say so along with the alternative, and the decision is yours.
Does Vastu work for apartments?
Yes, and it is what most consultations now involve. You cannot change the direction a flat faces, but the internal layout — which room is used for what, where the bed and desk sit, how the kitchen is arranged, where water and heavy storage go — is almost entirely within your control, and that is where most of the workable correction lies.
Do you visit the site, or work from a floor plan?
Both are available. A site visit allows a more complete assessment. A floor-plan review works well for apartments, for properties you are considering buying, and for clients outside the three cities. Send the plan with the compass direction marked and we will tell you what can be assessed remotely.
Can you check a property before I buy it?
Yes, and it is the best time to do it. A pre-purchase assessment tells you what a property's constraints are while you still have the option not to proceed, or to negotiate. It is far cheaper than discovering the same thing afterwards.
How much does a Vastu consultation cost?
It depends on whether a site visit is involved and the size of the property. Fees are told to you before anything is scheduled, and there are no charges added later. Ask on WhatsApp and you will get a straight figure.
