Solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare and deliver the consultation you have asked for. We do not use it for anything else.

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
• We do not add you to any promotional list without your asking.
• We do not discuss your consultation with other family members, including whoever referred you.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details and prepared charts are retained so we can answer follow-up questions about a reading you have already had. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. Write to us at the email address in the footer and we will act on it.

Website analytics

This website may use analytics to understand which pages are read. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.
