Numerology Guidance
Numerology derives a birth number and destiny number from your date of birth and analyses the numerical values in a name. It is offered here as a supporting consideration alongside a birth chart reading, not as a standalone system that redirects a life.
What it covers
Birth number, derived from the day of the month. Destiny number, derived from the full date of birth. Name analysis, from the numerical values assigned to the letters of a name as currently used.
How we treat it
As one input, weighted below the birth chart. Where a numerological indication and a chart indication point differently, we go with the chart and say so.
What we will not tell you
That a name change will transform your circumstances. That a particular number is responsible for your difficulties. That an expensive correction is required. Those claims are common in this field and they do not stand up.
Common questions
Should I change the spelling of my name?
Some people choose to, and we will give you the analysis if you ask for it. What we will not do is tell you that a spelling change will alter your career, your marriage or your health. If someone has charged you a significant sum on that basis, treat it sceptically.
Is numerology separate from astrology?
They are different systems with different methods. We treat numerology as supporting — it can add a perspective alongside a chart reading, and where the two disagree, the birth chart carries considerably more weight in how we advise.
What do you need for a numerology reading?
Your date of birth and your full name as currently used. For a business name analysis, the proposed names and the proprietor's date of birth.
